Shipping Policy

Free cold pack shipping on all orders over $69 – to any address in the USA.
 
We ship via FEDEX Priority (2-day Guaranteed + DOOR DELVIERY).
This allows for timely delivery of your CheeseButta™ order so you can receive it in the freshest way possible. In order to control the amount of time in transit for these perishable items, CheeseButta is shipped on select days of the week (Monday and Tuesday Only).
 
Orders are generally shipped on Monday and Tuesday each week. You may also request expedited shipping methods by reaching out to us directly at sales@cheesebutta.com. Our tamper-resistant packaging helps keep our product preserved during transit as long as it isn't opened or damaged.
  • We also ship our product completely frozen to keep it as cold as possible during the trip - as freezing CheeseButta increases its shelf life. We also ship CheeseButta with insulation and frozen ICE BRICKS to prevent melting.
  • Upon arrival immediately retrieve and store your CheeseButta in the refrigerator to best protect its flavor and texture!
While we take steps to mitigate the risk associated with shipping a perishable product, including the use of frozen ICE BRICKS, unfortunately, there are some things outside of our control once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of shipping time or arrival date.
  • We do not ship on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
  • Orders will ship out as soon as possible. Typically orders received after 2 pm PST will ship the following business day.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.
  • We do not require signatures upon delivery of shipment.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries left outside if no one is home at the time of delivery.
  • We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff on Tuesdays at 2 pm PST,  will ship the following Monday. If transit time allows for timely delivery to your location our warehouse may choose to ship some orders outside of these defined windows.
CheeseButta™ is NOT responsible for delays in shipping associated with:
  • high package volume (i.e., peak holiday season)
  • weather events
  • strikes
  • natural disasters
  • pandemics
  • inaccurate or incomplete shipping information

COVID-19 Shipping Delays and Revised Shipping Policy
Due to the impact of Coronavirus, delivery services are experiencing delays in shipping. All carriers have suspended service guarantees as a result. This means all types of shipping services, including overnight and two-day, can experience delays and should be expected. Please keep in mind when selecting your delivery method.
