Shipping Policy
Free cold pack shipping on all orders over $69 – to any address in the USA.
We ship using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the time of year and the shipping address location. FEDEX and UPS is our default carrier. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, WA by our rockstar team. If you can't find an answer to your question here, contact us by emailing sales@cheesebutta.com.
Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday each week. You may also request expedited shipping methods by reaching out to us directly at sales@cheesebutta.com. Our tamper-resistant packaging helps keep our product preserved during transit as long as it isn't opened or damaged.
- Products ship with insulation and frozen ICE BRICKS to prevent melting.
- Upon arrival immediately retrieve and store your CheeseButta in the refrigerator to best protect its flavor and texture!

Our cheeses are safe for long periods in transit under a variety of conditions and temperatures. If temperatures are at or below 60 degrees in your location, our cheese does not need to be shipped with ice packs. If temperatures are above 60 degrees, we ship in an insulated box with ice packs to prevent melting.

Orders to locations requiring ice placed after 12 pm CST on Wednesdays will usually be shipped on the following Monday to avoid getting stuck over the weekend. Orders to locations under 60 degrees are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders take 1-3 days to ship after the order is placed.

We do not ship on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Orders will ship out as soon as possible. Typically orders received after 2 pm PST will ship the following business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.

We do not require signatures upon delivery of shipment.

We are not responsible for deliveries left outside if no one is home at the time of delivery.

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Orders placed after the cutoff on Tuesdays at 12 pm PST, will ship the following Monday. If transit time allows for timely delivery to your location our warehouse may choose to ship some orders outside of these defined windows.
