This recipe creates a juicy, cheesy burger piled high with caramelized onions and crispy bacon. It's sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

  • Thick-cut hickory smoked bacon
  • 2 ground beef patties
  • Chef Henri's seasoning (or your favorite burger seasoning)
  • Kickin' Cajun seasoning (or another spicy blend)
  • Smoked Bacon Cheesebutta
  • Thinly sliced onion
  • Chef Henri Vampire's Bane seasoning (or your preferred onion seasoning)
  • Pub buns
  • Cheesebutta (original flavor)
  • Vegetable oil (for cooking fries, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Bacon: Heat a flattop grill and cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.

  2. Season the Patties: Season both sides of the burger patties with Chef Henri's seasoning and Kickin' Cajun seasoning.

  3. Grill the Patties: Grill the seasoned patties to desired doneness.

  4. Cheese Up One Patty: Spread Smoked Bacon Cheesebutta on one cooked patty and air fry until golden brown.

  5. Caramelize the Onions: While the patty air fries, grill the thinly sliced onion seasoned with Chef Henri Vampire's Bane (or your preferred seasoning) until caramelized.

  6. Toast the Buns: Spread Cheesebutta (original flavor) on both sides of the pub buns and air fry until golden brown.

  7. Assemble the Burger: Place the cheesy patty on the bottom bun, top with caramelized onions and crispy bacon, then add the top bun.

  8. Optional: Kick Up Your Fries: Cook fries according to your preferred method. Once cooked, top them with Cheesebutta and broil until golden brown and bubbly.
