A Cheesebutta twist on a classic breakfast item! Like any other recipe, this can be customized using any of our flavors of CheeseButta. This benedict recipe doesn't take much to put together, and is filling and delicious!
Smoked Bacon CheeseButta Benedict Recipe
Using both our CheeseButta and Cheese Bombs, our version of an eggs Benedict adds a cheesy element that will take the flavor to the next level. No seasoning required! This recipe is for a single serving, but can be doubled or tripled if you have guests, or just can't get enough!
¼ cup Smoked Bacon Cheesebutta
¼ cup milk
3-5 Smoked Bacon Cheese Bombs
½ tablespoon of unsalted butter or oil for cooking egg
1 English muffin
2 pieces of Canadian Bacon
In a small pot in medium-low heat, melt the Cheesebutta
Add the milk and stir to incorporate, turn the heat off, crumble in the Cheese Bombs and slowly whisk until melted and the sauce starts to thicken and become smooth, whisking frequently
Continue whisking the sauce, in a seperate pan, heat up the Canadian bacon, set aside.
Continue whisking the sauce, add butter or oil to the same pan that you cooked the Canadian Bacon in and cook your egg to your liking and
Toast the English muffin, assemble the ham and egg on top, pour the cheese sauce on, serve and enjoy!
