Who doesn't love a good Mac & Cheese? In this recipe I used the Roasted Garlic CheeseButta®, which added a very rich and creamy garlic sauce.
Our whole family loved this recipe and all we had to do was use the CheeseButta (any flavor will do).

Ingredients
1 Pack of Elbow Noodles
-
1/2 cup of any CheeseButta ( I used Roasted Garlic )
1 cup of shredded colby jack
2 cups of shredded extra sharp cheddar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of flour
4 cups of milk
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup of garlic cream cheese
Pinch of Salt &Pepper
Directions
Boil 5qt of water for pasta ( add Salt )
Add pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes
In a large pan on the stove melt one whole stick of butter over medium heat
Melt entirely and add the 1/2 cup of flour and whisk till combined 45-60 seconds
Whisk in one cup of milk until it starts to thicken, add an additional 1/2 cup of milk and continue to whisk
Add 1/2 cup of CheeseButta and whisk until incorporated
Next add the extra sharp and colby cheese and continue to whisk
Add 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/2 cup garlic cream cheese and continue to whisk
While Whisking put in 2 TBSP of dijon mustard and continue to whisk
Now add the rest of the milk and the salt & pepper to your liking
Make sure you stay slightly below medium heat depending on your appliances because you don't want the sauce to break
Put strained noodles in a large dish and pour the hot cheese over the noodles
Once mixed, put some Mac in a mini cast iron skillet, top with CheeseButta and air fry or broil till golden brown.
