This recipe can be made using any of our Cheese Bomb flavors, so feel free to customize it as you please. It is very versatile and can be used to top French fries, vegetables, nachos, or as a base for a mac and cheese sauce. The possibilities and flavor combinations are endless. Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 snack pack of cheese bombs (4-5 bombs, or more to your liking)
¾ cup milk or heavy cream
Directions
Heat a small pot over medium heat and melt the butter
Whisk in flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes, whisking continuously until the flour is golden
Slowly pour in the milk, whisking as you pour, and continue to cook and whisk until the mixture is thick and bubbly ~3 mins
Remove from heat, crumble cheese bombs into the mixture one at a time and stir in between, once all the cheese is added continue to stir for a few minutes so the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
